Crafted in resin and hand painted - The picture is a print of The New Parliament at Londres, By Pierre Justin Ouvrie - 1852. The print is painted with modge podge to give the resemblance of an original oil painting.  The back of the picture is a print to ressemble the stretched canvas over a wooden frame.
